Hangover Relief
To help prevent a hangover or to recover from one, hydration is essential. We highly recommend that you use water rather than juice or other sweetened beverages.
To prevent a hangover:
Many people find one to two glasses of water taken with AfterBuzz at the end of the evening, and one to two glasses of water with AfterBuzz the following morning is sufficient. One may also alternate one glass of AfterBuzz in water with every alcoholic drink consumed.
To knock a hangover:
Mix 1/4 teaspoon (that's one rip-pack or 20 drops from the 25 ml-bottle) of AfterBuzz with 16-ounces of water. Drink. Repeat one to two hours later. You should notice an improvement within 15 minutes of drinking the first glass.
Remember: Dancing and other activities that cause you to sweat will further deplete your body of fluids and nutrients, and create the need for additional re-hydration.
